All orders are subject to our full Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All prices shown include VAT at 20% where applicable.

Delivery

We process all orders daily. As soon as an order is processed for in-stock items, we ship goods using City Link Couriers. Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00. We cannot specify a time for the delivery. This is part of the standard delivery charge associated with your order and is not a guaranteed service. We advise you make sure somebody is present at the delivery address as a signature is required.

Delivery Costs

For all UK Mainland orders, BJ’s & West have a standard shipping charge from £5.00. For multiple items and Hats (max 6) the charge is £6.50 per box.

International Customers will be informed of the delivery costs as this varies from Country to Country. Some may have import duty to pay on delivery which will be paid by you the customer.

All stock is subject to availability. Photographs are for illustration purposes only.

Ordering

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. We do not charge credit card orders until the goods are available for dispatch. If the goods ordered are out of stock you will be notified and given chance to cancel the order. Minimum order value before delivery costs: £10.00

Returns

We allow 28 days for the return of goods for exchange or refund. We refund the cost price of the goods, but not the carriage charge. You the customer are liable for all costs of returning goods. We recommend you either return the goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery or Proof of Postage . BJ’s & West cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Make sure all goods are returned in the same condition as you received them. Eg Shirts are on hangers and have their protective covering. Boots must only be tried on carpet, and re-wrapped in the tissue supplied. Boot boxes are not to be written on. Failure to do this may result in a 10% re-stocking charge.

Christmas

Presents bought for Christmas can be exchanged for a different size, or goods to the same value if returned by 7th January 2013. Sorry NO refunds.
